Organizational Charter

Respect & Inclusivity

I celebrate and honour each individual’s unique journey, creative expression, and background. My spaces—whether workshops, wellness walks, or creative sessions—are safe and welcoming to all, regardless of experience or creative focus. I believe in the power of diversity and strive to create an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.

Support & Empowerment

My mission is to provide not just creative spaces but also a supportive community. I focus on empowering participants to explore their creative potential, offering encouragement and feedback, while creating an environment where self-employed creatives, neurodivergent individuals, and all participants feel inspired and empowered to thrive.

Compassion

I approach both myself and others with kindness, understanding, and patience. Recognising the challenges of creativity, well-being, and self-employment, I foster compassion in navigating moments of vulnerability, uncertainty, or growth. My aim is to support one another holistically, promoting emotional well-being alongside creative exploration.

Active Listening & Open Dialogue

I encourage mindful, meaningful conversations in all of my sessions and spaces. Through active listening and open dialogue, I ensure that everyone feels heard and respected, contributing to thoughtful and productive discussions that inspire both personal and creative growth.

Collaboration & Professional Growth

I believe in the transformative power of collaboration. Whether it's through sharing ideas, co-creating, or supporting one another’s projects, my community is built on fostering both personal and professional growth. By creating together, we unlock new opportunities for development and expansion.

Mindfulness & Self-Care

I place a strong emphasis on mindfulness and self-care, recognising their importance in both creative and personal well-being. My participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace, respecting their needs and the needs of others. I advocate for balance between creativity, well-being, and self-employment.
